My signature 12-week programme combines psychological science with somatic and spiritual practices.
It draws from over a decade of clinical experience, my own journey through recovery and growth, and ongoing research into mind-body optimisation.
Each phase builds gently from survival → self-trust.
The Body (Weeks 1–4) Resetting the Nervous System
The first phase focuses on restoring safety and stability in the body.
You’ll learn to down-regulate chronic stress responses and re-establish trust in your physical self.
We’ll explore:
- Nervous-system education and regulation strategies
- Personalised movement and exercise scheduling
- Restorative sleep hygiene and circadian rhythm support
- Healthy daily habits for balance
- Core self-care practices that anchor you in your body
Healing begins when the body feels safe enough to rest
The Mind (Weeks 5–8) Reprogramming Your Inner World
In this stage, we work with the mental and emotional patterns that drive burnout.
Through gentle but transformative therapeutic work, we explore the stories you’ve carried — and help you rewrite them.
We’ll explore:
- Childhood wounding and attachment patterns
- Core beliefs and parts-work (IFS-inspired)
- Developing self-compassion and an integrated self-narrative
- Mindset restructuring for sustainable success
- Practical tools for emotional regulation and boundaries
Clarity comes when the mind becomes a kinder place to live.
The Self (Weeks 9–12) Reconnecting with Meaning and Self-Trust
The final phase brings integration and renewal — looking beyond coping into connection and purpose.
We’ll explore:
- Cultivating self-trust and intuitive decision-making
- Meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative practice
- Re-connecting with meaning and values
- Integrating body-mind-spirit alignment into daily life
- Crafting your sustainable life rhythm
